A pioneer in the socio-professional inclusion of people living with disabilities, Ms KENGNE Eugenie Mabeis is the PCA of CEPHE Inclusif with a clear vision: she has been able to create a world where every individual, whatever their abilities, can achieve their full potential. With 23 years’ experience in the social sector, she has set up innovative programmes within CEPHE aimed at promoting the autonomy, professional integration and social participation of people living with disabilities.

With professional training in accounting, management control and auditing (accounting and finance), Brice has a perfect command of accounting, project set-up and financial monitoring and evaluation. As a management consultant and advisor, he has administrative skills acquired over more than 07 years of experience in auditing and accounting, the most notable of which is in the monitoring and financial evaluation of projects. In addition, his future professional orientations, the most proven are in relation to the SSCG: Security System of Control and Management of Entities to ensure their existence in compliance with standards.

Deputy Director at CEPHE in charge of all technical planning and personnel management.
After obtaining my technician’s certificate at the technical, industrial and commercial high school in Yaoundé, and having done my primary education in a centre for the disabled, I had a particular interest in children with autism, Down’s syndrome, learning difficulties, etc. So I decided to go to a centre for these children with the aim of observing and understanding them for a period of three months. As I was still incomplete, and in view of my admission to the University of Siantout in the field of fashion, more specifically in fashion design, I decided to follow a training course in parallel with the aim of supervising them later on, which I did.
So in 2022-2024, I decided to make mentoring them my priority. Hence my entry into the CEPHE in 2022 to the present day.

As a specialist supervisor at CEPHE, I’m responsible for teaching children to read and write, and for teaching illiterate people to read and write. To do this, I use verbal, visual and written communication, sign language, etc.

Technical Director
From an administrative point of view, I am responsible for the technical supervision of the CEPHE. In this capacity, I ensure that the resources and strategies used to provide support contribute to the achievement of the CEPHE’s objectives.
On a technical level, I provide psychological support for CEPHE residents. I am assisted by another psychologist. I also provide language re-education for them.
